  Occidental Hotel, Ibiza is a homophobic hotel & encourages it from other staying guests. We made a complaint about an aggressive and homophobic guest staying at the same hotel as us. Two days of the guest shouting profanities, we made a complaint to the hotel manager who said and I quote "well you are gay and you are a boy and you are visiting a gay island, so I don't see what your problem is" we asked to be transferred hotels, they refused, we requested a refund, they refused. It was so bad we left the hotel and had to pay all over again. Still no response from the hotel and still no apology or refund.

  Hotel is very clean and the staff work tirelessly with a smile on their face to make your holiday a great experience. Rooms are well layed out and very modern looking. Plenty of toiletries so don't bother packing those. Large balcony but little privacy as likely facing others. Food is plentiful and replaced often. If you love fish you're in heaven( I do). Drinks are good with Amstel on tap. I'd you have a hire car parking is limited nearby. Recommended for some October sun

  We stayed a week fully inclusive. The room was good and clean. The food in the restaurant was nearly the same every night. It got a bit boring.

  Family friendly hotel with great staff and a quiet location. Food could get a bit repetitive but the range was pretty broad.
